Why work at Berea Ministries?
Berea Ministries is so much bigger than a network of camps or a calendar full of weekend retreats. Berea Ministries exists to help each person take their next step with Jesus Christ.
When you work here, you will play a direct role in helping people experience life change within the context of meaningful relationships and memorable experiences…while having a whole lot of fun yourself!
Working at Berea Ministries provides a unique opportunity to gain a wide range of experience, develop an extensive skillset, and work with and learn from a diverse but like-minded team. Depending on your role, a typical day at Berea Ministries can look like feeding 400 people, leading an epic game of dodgeball, creating a welcoming space for incoming guests, discipling campers as they prepare to become disciples back at home, or answering phones and filling out paperwork.
Working at Berea Ministries is perfect for you if you have:
- A heart for God, service, and teamwork
- A passion for growth
- A love for new experiences and the desire to develop a diverse skillset
- Flexibility and the ability to respond to challenges as they arise (no two days at camp are alike!)
- A desire to use your skills to continuously improve where God has placed you
If you are passionate about helping others deepen their connection with God, form meaningful relationships, and experience powerful life change, all against the backdrop of big adventure, memorable experiences, and a community of lifelong friends, come join the team at Berea Ministries and watch God work in incredible ways!
